Attorney Jim Vergura is a cum laude graduate of Vermont Law School. Before joining the Buck Law Firm in February of 2010, Jim served as in-house counsel for a state environmental research institute in Texas as well as an attorney for injured individuals and their families. Jim's experience in the area of environmental law is an asset to the firm in our asbestos litigation and toxic exposure cases. Jim shares a passion for justice and a commitment to provide every client the highest level of representation along with the compassion, dignity and respect they deserve.

Jim has been admitted to practice law in Georgia, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Arizona. Jim is happily married and the father of two girls.
